All our items are falling under the below return and refund policy, except the Item XYZ is an Art piece, individually created, hence it is not possible to get refund or return, all customized Item sales are FINAL.
All items must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Of course we will refund the re-delivery charges, if the error has been occurred from our side.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from MUSE Flowers & Wrapping. Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date less all shipping and handling charges, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Returns received at our facility by mail within 3-7 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 7 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside UAE clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.
INTERNATIONAL
All international sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

. Hence, if you like to cancel an order you made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.

All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. MUSE Flowers & Wrapping is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.
If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
